Founded in 2013 by Ann Ridgeway, Mariella Cantando, and Deborah Drljaca. They have over 50 years of combined designing and staging experience.
Staged by 3 is built on their mutual love and passion for great design and real estate. They came together after collaborating on several projects, and quickly realized that their complimentary skills would give rise to a successful venture by offering a customized staging and design service.

Born and raised in the small French town of Antibes, Mariella brings her European modern eclectic style to clients. She is inspired by french art and architecture, and helps make spaces become a showpiece for potential buyers. She never uses a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach, and matching items bores her to death. She enhances the inside and outside of your home to create just the right feeling that will appeal to potential buyers. She brings a “je ne se quoi” element to make a home stand out.

As an account executive with extensive travel experience all over the United States, and deep experience in the Real Estate industry from all over the Bay Area, Deborah brings an expert understanding of the needs of home sellers and buyers. She understands design, cultural impact and has the knowledge to sell homes quickly and at higher prices. Deborah offers superior expertise to sell homes, while minimizing wasted guesswork.

Being a native Californian has enabled Ann to embrace designing with natural surroundings and create beautiful environments. This passion became the foundation for a degree and career in interior design. She brings this unique ‘California perspective’ to the table which enables her to transform ordinary rooms into irresistible living spaces. Her expertise is showcasing a home's value that appeals to the San Francisco Bay Area design culture.
